As I mentioned yesterday, we had an undokai on Sunday. For those of you not familiar with undokai, it is a sport festival of elementary school. It's a kind of Track and Field Day, I suppose. The students had a race, relay, tug of war, dance and so on. Luckily, late-flowering sakura trees were still bursting there! They were double-flowered sakura. The petals blowing in the breeze were falling down on us having lunch. This undokai lunch only included Yuppi's favorites. She did her best. In the sakura shower, we had a great time on the undokai and of course we were really full up!
How are you doing today?
ReplyDeleteThe undokai lunch looks amazing! I bet Yuppi really enjoyed eating all of her favorite foods. :)
The sakura tree blossoms still look so beautiful - I love the way the petals on the ground look so light and soft!
